Would Nigeria start producing bullet proof jackets since they have discovered a Nigerian who can make them or do we still prefer to import them?
Would the policeman be encouraged to make them and sell to the police or people allowed to wear them or would he have to sell them to armed robbers if he intends to continue in that line?
Wold he be remembered 5 years down the line or is this a one off payment.
