The Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja this morning granted a stay of execution order on the arrest warrant issued by the Code of Conduct Tribunal on Senate President Buhari. Chairman of the Code of Conduct Tribunal, Danladi Umar had on Friday September 18th  issued a Bench warrant for the arrest of Bukola Saraki who is standing trial on a 13 count charge bothering on false declaration of assets.

Pictured above is the empty witness box at the Code of Conduct Tribunal where Senate President Bukola Saraki is expected to mount as his trial on alleged falsification of assets continues this morning but he's unlikely to be there.

What is currently happening to the APC and Saraki is known as karma which will never stop until the deceitful foundation onwhich this party was built on crumbles totally to the ground.
By the time karma finishes dealing with Buhari and his allies, even the the Islamic brotherhood of Egypt under Morsi will have a better reputation than them.

Welcome to the Nigerian power struggle between the thieves (the Saraki's), those who combine fraud with thieving (the Tinubu's and Atiku's) and the red eyed Islamists who are also thieves (the Buhari's).

It is a struggle between evil men, a struggle with the potential to finally unravel this country. In a macabre way, it might be what we need to finally open the peoples eyes to the foolishness of taking the side of bigotry over common sense.

Let us pray that these morally diseased combatants to not turn to bloodshed as the final arbiter, because blood calls for blood, the innocent suffer and an ending becomes difficult.

Saraki needs not show up until Muhammadu alias Mohamed Buhari clears himself of certificate forgery and perjury allegations.
