holy God...600M to decorate christmas. hmmm, this is to much nw when people are suffer for it. i dnt knw why we dnt have common sense in this country. we send money on inrelevant things.

I said it that Imo state will suffer for the next 4yrs if Rochas is allowed 2nd term, nobody believed. Go to Imo state everything there is dead, no development project going on there, bad roads everywhere, pensions owed, salaries owed.... Rochas is a disgrace
