Just realized how clouded the minds of some Nigerians are, some are just being fanatics and they fail to see fact and reason in the matter at hand. For the blind minded people here are 10 clear points that may open your minds: 1) Dele Momodu was able to stop the wealthy/connected Adeleke’s i.e Davido, his father Dr Deji Adeleke and his sister Coco from travelling with his niece 2) Dele Momodu was able to state his case and the immigration service seized the passports of Coco Adeleke, Davido’s half-sister and his daughter who is Dele Momodu’s niece 3) Dele Momodu was able to render all Davido’s father’s contact and money a waste 4) Davido has made it clear that he never respected the mother of his child which means he has no respect for women 5) Davido was able to make it clear that he and his family only treat people in their ‘class’ with respect. Remember the average people buy your records the most and got you thus far 6) Dele Momodu was able to establish that Davido emotionally and verbally abused the mother of his child and her family 7) Davido says ‘she has very paltry education and equally diminished physical attributes’ but he phyuked that honeypot and posed for romantic pictures what does that make him? What if the girl in question Sophie had no one to speak up for her? 9) What if the girl in question was you the average commenter? 10) Remember Dele Momodu is Sophie’s father in this situation and he is fighting a just cause, if it were you what would you do? “No one no matter how wealthy or powerful has the right to forcefully detach a baby from her mother. Nigeria is not that lawless!” Keep in mind this is beyond Davido and his family, this is already going the way of a legal case so fans, you all are still just commenters....

Guy u missed it there ok. No man owns an infant until the baby is 6years and above ok. So in this case the baby still belongs to the mother.

I am sooo ashamed of Dele Momodu. I understand his niece was homeless and needed shelter.So why couldn't he provide one for her rather than use her to get connected to a supposed ATM machine? Dr Adeleke failed to buy her car and it became an issue. Awon oju ori ola ri. Are you minding them? Its amazing and disappointing to think Dele Momodu even stated in his report that Dr Adeleke promised to buy a car for his niece but never did. Sebi he also has small money? Why didn't he buy the car for his niece if he so loved her? He abandoned his niece, left her wandering the streets of Lagos smoking shits and now he thought his ATM machine can land through her. Its not possible!

reading g some comments really has been laughing. @ngfineface you have a point. in all this I would have inclined my support for Miss Momodu but for the allegation of addiction. in the law court she would not have custody rights if there is evidence to prove she is on substance. and every other defence she has against Davido and his family will crash.
