The father who killed an
alleged German paedophile
by punching him to death
after seeing him take photos
of his daughter has been
spared jail. Devinder Kainth attacked
Sandro Rottman while on
holiday on Spain after the
German, who was being
investigated at the time by
police who found child sex abuse images on his
computer, took photos of his
daughter. Mr Kainth, a 40-year-old
father of three from the UK,
allegedly snatched
Rottman’s iPad of him and
found images of his
daughter on it before assaulting him in February. He was arrested at the
scene, and today admitted
manslaughter at
the Algeciras Criminal Court
in Spain. The court gave him a six
month jail sentence,
however it is likely to be
suspended as Spanish court
usually do not force first
time offenders to serve time in prison for sentences of
less than two years.
