In a democratic structure, the need for such projects (capital intensive spending) are discussed by the houses of legislation. it should not be one man's decision to build or to stop.

Wake up man. Do you think that Buhari have the sense to build such thing in his entire tenure as president. There is no hope for that. Mind you there are still many more of such project which was done by the Jonathan government not yet commisioned. Soon these touts will begin to take glory of them.

YES.  It started by GEJ and finished by Buhari. That is how government should run. There should be a continuity like what Lagos is enjoying now. The little one Ambode is doing now is really showing because the ground has been prepared by the previous administration of 16 years ago.

If many of these has been done in the past 16 years, the result by now should have been different. But they think Nigeria can not afford a new TRAIN talk less of METRO TRAIN. These kind of brain full GEJ administration.
Unfortunately, GEJ is the SOLE RESPONSIBLE PERSON.
