Governor Adams Oshiomhole has revealed the dark past of Edo state PDP governorship candidate, Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu, as the state gears towards Saturday's gubernatorial election.
Speaking at the mega rally of the All Progressive Congress (APC) ahead of Saturday's gubernatorial election in Edo State, Governor Adams Oshiomhole, disclosed that contrary to the claims of the PDP governorship candidate, Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu that he has never been indicted for any crime, that he was allegedly rusticated during his schooling days.
The outspoken influential governor revealed further that Ize-Iyamu was rusticated by the school's panel led by Prof. Itse Sagay for two years after he allegedly bathed a fellow student with acid at the University of Benin (UNIBEN).
According to Reporters, Governor Oshiomhole said:

"Ize-Iyamu said he has never been indicted in his life. And that he made his first millions when he was 31. Now I challenge him, as a student in UNIBEN, he was rusticated for two years because he poured somebody acid and today the person was paralysed. It was one of the President’s Advisers today, Prof.Itsey Sagay that chaired the committee that rusticated Ize-Iyamu."
It was reported that Ize-Iyamu in an online interview recently, admitted that he was rusticated for being a member of the Pirate confraternity at the University of Benin during his school days, and not because he bathed somebody with acid.
