What Is Wrong With This Photo? (Public Office Edition)

This picture has been described as the ‘worst of the worst’ public appearance in recent times as perpetrated by women of questionable characters.

This picture according to a social media user was taken on the street of the United States of America where the unnamed woman walked freely with prying eyes trailing her.
 


In the obviously indecent outfit, a large part of the woman’s B00bs were on display while on-lookers also had a peep at her private part region which was scantily covered.
 
As expected, Nigerians on social media have condemned the picture viciously while some others who are well-traveled regarded it as mere ‘side attractions’ common in the developed world.
