Governor of Rivers State, Nyesom Ezenwo Wike, has relieved all his Special Advisers of their appointments.
A statement by Simeon Nwakaudu, Special Assistant to the Rivers State Governor on Electronic Media, however, noted that the Special Adviser on Religious Affairs, Bishop Winston Iwo retained his post.


The governor sacked all his commissioners on July 24 and  is yet to constitute a new cabinet.
