The Baggies lost 4-0 against Chelsea, while Spurs were beaten 2-0 by Arsenal.
Tottenham managed to beat Borussia Dortmund in midweek and are likely to make changes again, especially with a round of Premier League midweek matches upcoming.
Here is a look at how Mauricio Pochettino could line his side up...

This team features two changes from the side which beat Dortmund on Tuesday night.
No Christian Eriksen. The playmaker has looked tired in the last two games after his international heroics. It may be time to give the Dane a breather ahead of next week's game against Watford.
Kieran Trippier back in the side. Spurs have rotated their right-backs frequently this season and Serge Aurier could drop out once again. On the opposite flank this is a good game for Danny Rose to get more game time and build on his midweek showing.
Moussa Sissoko back in. The Frenchman started on the bench in midweek and would replace Dele Alli's role here, with the England ace stepping into Eriksen's shoes.
