Coming after Imo state Governor Rochas Okorocha appointed his sister as the Commissioner of Happiness and Purpose fulfillment, a Port Harcourt-based business consultant, Winifred Iheoma Ofoegbu has declared herself as the Commissioner for Food and Drinks

She posted her official portrait in Facebook andwrote:

I therefore and henceforth on finding the state of series of serious decay in food distribution, nominate myself as the only minister to deliver the nation from food scarcity, I have no idea but I just know that I will stop the serious decay in the system and ensure that the nation never remains the same.
