The years u waited to file up this is  too long, is it now u discovered its Doctor fault? i kno you must have been pass thru hail anyway i wish you all the best.

 It seems the childs brain problem was caused by lack of oxygen during birth, Is high time Nigerians start going to court. Is a shame that people think that shell is doing so much by giving medical treatment to thier employees. That is 100% thier responsibility. This lady had her previous baby through caesarian section. It means she has a history of having complications during labour, am sure this was the proplem, I wish her all the best.

Doctors are human beings,they are also trying their best to keep us healthy,alive and happy........and we are not expecting them to be on duty 24hours

  She is not asking for Nigeria´s money, She is asking a company where she worked b4 and which is solidily rich for a common 750m naira, That is not up to what ur leaders use to send thier children abroad for common Head ache, of course she will not ask for so much if the firm is a small one.
  Going to court to ask for compensation is not bad at all. People should wake up and start going to court. At least other mothers will hear this and know that they can go to court to ask for compensation. I just imagine what this poor woman has been going through in a society where  there is no provision for disabled  people.
  I understand when people do not go to court because of fear,U sue some one today, they will send assassin to u tommorrow.
