I didnt say is not possible, is possible it takes alot to maintain it, but the point is how many people can do that and for how long, can they hold on it..?

If we look at it, in the real direction with whats going on Nowadays.. is one out of thousand can endure.. but still is not the best way to maintain healthy relationship.

You can still eat without salt and the food will still be tasty.  There are other things that you can do to enhance your meal without adding salt if we are to use your example.
