hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm... you talk about numbers, what is so special about numbers (my telephone number for that matter). well left to me, i see nothing bad in exchange numbers between sexes on a first date or somehow, it is just a matter of how we relate to ourselves that determines if she is going to give me her number or me giving my number out to her. But above all courtesy demand we show level of respect if we are approaching people for what we don't have and i see no reason why i shouldn't give my number out on a first date it makes the communication line which we have created go on and on till when we part ways... Smiley

It depends on the circumstances surrounding how you met the person. As for me, I dont think it will be wise to just give my number to anybody especially if the the person failed to make a good first impression.
