Recently, I read a forum post by a gal saying that though he had broken up, he wantd to be friends with his galfriend who had already got a new partner. wat do you think? Is this a good idea? D galfriend rejected the offer and one tends to agree with her.

A person enjoys many privileges during a relationship. We expect our partner to do many things for us and vice versa. After breaking up, these commitments are lost. If you become a friend with your ex partner, every small incident will remind you of the past. If like the girl mentioned above, your partner has gone into a new relationship, you may get into many awkward situations. Better to break up and forget the friendship part. Bury (asin put something in hole or d past behind) the whole thing and move on. Think about it.

Well, some say that if you're mature enough, u can handle a friendship with your ex,but honestly...it would be pretty
difficult! Especially when there is still love from one side, it can be painful!

no friends after breakup, though it depends on what caused the breakup. Maybe mutual concent., then one decides to take a walk.

I don't do friends after break-up o. That's just the beginning of confusion. I could do acquaintances; we talk like once in a year (probably in an sms). More than that, U don dey find Ur trouble; Esp when I'm in a new relationship.

Akoto e ge mlanyi ogo nenche'n.

Bush rat no dey forget him former house.
