Afrocandy just used her video to try to launch herself! Nothing sells your music like soft porn. She really really sucks!!! If there was a failed music tribunal she would be one of the first to be charged for not only producing offending sounds that can be properly described as "FAILED MUSIC" but also be charged with corruption of public morality (if that has ever been made criminal) for subjecting the public to watch obscene actions all in the name of promoting her failed musical work. (PS - Did the useless song or video even have a theme)

Now to address the real issue, the poster caused a lot of problem with the title in the first place. The real title should have been "NIGERIA MUSICIANS THAT DESERVE TO BE SINGING". That way, the list would have been short and sharp, cos i dont think most of the musicians we have in this country should have even made a studio session. Now, another issue is that i saw a guy mention ikechukwu while i was reading thru. Big mistake dear, killz is not a singer, he is a rapper and infact one the best we got in this part of the world. I think we have just less than ten of them- namely

naeto
freestyle
eldee
blaise.
Those are the few ones we have in this country and that can proudly stand in any part of the world and say "i'm a musician". The others just tried their luck and the market welcomed them. Its just that some are worse than some others. Thats the only difference.

timaya shld be on wat list, those dat don't deserve to sing or those that deserve to.
personally, i've always thought timaya was shite.....but lately with the amount of upcoming wannabes that can't help but add timaya-isms to their "songs", i'm beginning to feel the guy may just be doing sumtin right.

Timaya is a good artist. He is the pioneer of timaya-isms.  The guys first album was original. He came with a new style into the Nigerian Music scene. When he came out, no one sounded like him. I really that have much respect for Nigerian Rappers cause most of them do not know what it means to originate a style.

Tupac originated a style.
Biggie originated a style.
LudaKriss originated a style.
Cool G Rap originated a style.

I believe any human with a decent secondary school education can copy some style and spit words on a beat.

I aint gat much respect for Nigerian rappers. Their lyrics is centered on self. It goes to say that they are far from the true definition of class. I guess most of them think JZ is a classical artist. But time has proved it over and over that materialism is not class and so every body materialistic is shallow.

It sounds like all Nigerian rappers are either sounding like J or Lil Wayne or Eminem or something within the approximation.
I would say EM AI and Jesse Jags are almost Nigerian rappers but I can not. I would say that they have templates from some yankee rappers in their heard. I think they need to reconfigure their song making templates.
