oh come on, complicated simply means, the person is not sure of the direction of the relationship and at the same time does not have the courage to either find out or call it the quits.

Well,if you have tried everything u could do to make things ok,but they r still not,
and especially when u see that the effort comes only from your side,like u would be alone in that relationship,
I'm afraid that things will not become better, but worse!
You can talk with him directly about it, see if he tries to change something, to work on it,
but if he let the things in the same way...it's up to u if u can stay in such a relationship !
At  least,if u see that he at least tries, there may be some chances, but if he doesn't.....it really worth it?
