She was like who taught you abt that? i told her i learnt it in school but she didnt believe me, she went further to ask me if any man played with me, i asked her what kind of play, she said any type, i said no and why was she asking, she didnt say anything rather than to monitor me every month, some times she will be examining my body to see if there is any change. Well, it was a very strange experience for me the first night it started. I was even afraid to let my mum know that I had an injury sumwhere I dont know. I threw the pant I wore away cos it was completely soaked. But i decided to let the cat out of the bag when the bleeding refused to stop cos I figured it will stop before daybreak. Initially, she was surprised and kinda angry that at my age..............I was 12yrs..........I shdnt be seeing that. I was really scared. I thot I was in real trouble and that she was going to thrash me. But I was surprised when she ordered for a roll of tissue paper and showed me how to unroll it to stopp the bleeding. Then she sat me down and angrily told me that any day I sleep with a man, I will get pregnant and she was going to drivvvvvvve me out of her house. That was ok for me. Mine started at the age of 14 , i was in JSS3 and i already knew abaut it , but the funny part is that it was during Junior WAEC holidays that i was spending with my eldest brother . I woke up one of those mornings and dicover the bed sheets were stained .................... because i was so closed to by brothers , i just walked up to him and told him i've stained the sheets . He just asked me few questions to be sure i knew what it is and when my responses impressed him; he reassuere me and went out to get me some pads but i really had problems putting the pads and walking with it the fist two days . I think it was up to 4 months before my mother noticed when she badged into my room when i was dressing up.
