If two people decide to get into a contract... just make sure both of you fulfill that contract. Now the problem arises when someone start falling in-love with the other person especially if the person falling in-love is not the beneficiary. This is when things tend to be blown out of proportion. This is when troubles arise. I have nothing against helping a brother or a sister out so they could also have a the right to enjoy what everyone is enjoying in whatever country they find themselves in. The bottom-line is If you're doing it for papers, make sure it is strictly for papers... if it is for love, be sure not to dip out after you get your papers. There's no need deceiving the other party because as they say, KARMA exists.
