Getting Over a Heart Break (Page 5)

Well, I have never been Heart-Broken before, even when they think they have broke my HEART I still dey bounce like ball. And I know and strongly believe no man is WORTHY enough to broke my HEART, cos MY HEART is too PRECIOUS and STRONG for any body to break. It is the way most women put bring theirselves towards their man that gives them the RIGHT to hurt and break their HEART. But as far I am concern, they don't deserve and worthy it.

I just think realistically that my life was GOOD before I met this person..and my life will be ok without them in due time...if i feel like crying i cry and talk to friends and move on..and i know they will always come running beg..so that is when i get the last laugh..

1. Listen to music
2. Chat and jist with friends
3. Keep yourself busy
4. Deliberately make yourself happy (Buy new things for yourself)
5. Take yourself out
6. Read the Bible and other motivational books.

Well, we have all spoken very well........but there is one thing that I think is missing and it is very important.........

I think the person passing through a heart break should do this before any other thing........write him/her a letter (it is a mock letter, becos you are not going to post it).......in the letter, pour out your heart, your grievances, let out the steam, write as if you are speaking to him/her one-on-one..........after writing, put this letter away where you wont see it in a long time............I tell you, that is going to start the healing process becos you cant heal until you have forgiven the person and forgiven yourself.  Oh yes, you need to forgive yourself........becos there could have been times in the relationship where your instinct told you the right thing but you didnt follow through, so you might get angry at yourself...........
