I have noticed that persons are asking for the churches to be TAX. Keep in mind that the same persons who are contributing to the Fellowships are already TAX. Now to the posters both have there respective positions towards the community. NGOs were formed because the fellowships are not doing the jobs that they should be doing. NGO's came about after the influx of HIV/AIDS. If the members of the fellowships were doing their God given job then there will be no NGO. NGO's need to beg for money but Fellowships not suppose to because the bible through the Holy Ghost teach us how to make it. This is reason why Jesus Christ appointed Evangelists to teach His word. But once you are appointed by Jesus Christ in these fellowships is like everyone is afraid of the Power that reside in you. They want to say FEAR God but don't want to do it.

Some of these fellowships uses Malachi 3 vs 10 to put a CURSE on themselves and their members because of disobedience.  If they were abiding inside the bible then the Holy Ghost who is the teacher would show them that it was a Curse. lol lol So they turned to the devil who only give people things after they start telling lies, killing and stealing etc. The Devil don't know how to give to a person otherwise than that route. Imagine Jesus Christ father own this world but still he was offering it to Jesus Christ. I don't know why Christians who are called by Jesus Christ name will not open their eyes and live an obedient life.
