I agree with you. My bro. looking at our home videos will give one an insight on our behaviour. The aggressiveness and shouting on every issue; even the most trivial issues. Most countries where all these videos are being sold are picking up these examples when dealing with us.

Thanks for this article. To me the problem is with all of us. The NPF, THE GOVERNMENT and THE CITIZENS. Many Nigerians are not trained [used] to be keeping laws. We may know the Laws but we always try the other way out.

I am living in Europe and the most Nigerians here even if they know the laws, they find it difficult to keep them. Last Sunday, on my way to Church, I saw a Nigerian Lady driving to church and on coming to the pedestrian crossing, she was shouting and blowing horn to someone on the crossing. She was flaged down by the Police and given a fine of 100.00 Euro. When she came to the church she was saying that the police man is a bad man.

I told her that I saw her and she was wrong. That once someone steps on the pedestian especially where there is no trafic light, that the person on foot has the right of way. She said, yes I know but as I was blowing horn for him, he would have given me chance to pass 1st. [I WAS IN A HURRY....she added]....Please is this police THE NIGERIA POLICE?

Another example is here in Europe, many Nigerians enter the public transports without paying.  When they are controlled by the police, the rain all sorts of abuses on them. Now do you think in Nigeria you can enter the BUS without paying?......IS THIS THE NIGERIA POLICE ALSO?

On the NPF, I have three points where I see faults in them.
1. Some of them do not know the laws and when/how to apply them.

2. The like to use INTIMIDATION most of the time to collect money from their victimes. For instance, when you are right in what ever is the problem and you insist on going to the station with them. Kindly seek for the whoever is the head there and explain things to him especially whe you know that you are right. You will see that you will be set free and he will tell his boy/s to stop disturbing innocent citizens.

3. Some police men like to carry-over angers that they received from other people to innocent people.......the remedy to this is just gentle talks, smiles and mercy of GOD e.t.c that can save you from him.

FINALY, I WILL LIKE TO TALK ON THE GOVERNMENT
The police and any other worker need holidays and it helps in productivity
In Europe the Police goes on Summer Hoildays.......I submitted my documents for renewal, It was ment to take 2months but for the fact that it came into the Summer holiday period. I was told that it will take 4months because most of the police men are on Summer Holidays

Most of our leaders are travelling outside. They should learn from them. It is said that if you want to do good in life you should follow the footsteps of those who have done well.

The demonic forces that is inside Nigeria is what affecting the Police Force. Aggression is not of God.

Tell me which country doesnt have that..................

And who wouldnt complain after many years of working and no annual leave and benefits?.........Body na firewood?........you havent been to Nigeria to see under what condition our Police are working......so dont go blaming it on any demonic force.......if demonic forces exist in Nigeria, it also exist in other countries, including yours!............

Apart from the less paying job the police is, it is in our blood to be aggressive because we do not trust ourselves, so the nigeria police is not different from us.
