Man Absconds With Billions of Naira Meant For Buying Weapons For Nigerian Government

This man has been declared wanted after he absconded with Billions meant for buying weapons for Nigerian government.

They paid this one from Niger Republic to buy weapons for Nigerian Army to fight terrorism, now they are looking for him to arrest because he didn't buy the weapons Nigeria paid for but absconded with the billions. He doesn't speak English but speak Hausa fluently as a Nigerien .
