Britain Refuses To Admit Its First Black Bishop, John Sentamu Into The House Of Lords

British first black bishop, John Sentamu has been denied an automatic seat at the house of lords because "there was no enough room for him to move diagonally". It is custom for Bishops in the UK to be automatically admitted into the house of lords when they retire; there is only one problem - John Sentamu is the first bishop to be black and now retired - but the British Prime Minister, Boris Johnson has denied him a seat in the house of lords like his white counterparts and this means the house of lords remains an all-white affair.
