This right here, is one of the reasons why many politicians try to keep Nigerians in disarray with lack of enlightenment and education.
One of the federal legislators from Oyo state actually had the cheek to engage his constituents with goats as a form of 'empowerment'. Given that the constituents were majorly old population but yet, how does goats empower people in terms of business and finance generation, knowing fully well that these people are not even herders or rarer - Take a look at the shambolic presentation below:
