Time is not ripe and not right"  First the rule of law has to be fully accomodated and practiced in all corners of the country.
Secondary all Nigerians has to be equal before the law under one central government constitution, regardless of gender crade ethnic or religious views. This dream remains an utopia so long half of the country is rulled under the sharia law. (BIG PROBLEM)
