i need ur advice y'all in naija pals, my guy was back in Nigeria during the summer holidays and I was still in school. On returning he was totally a different person, he wouldnt call, he wouldnt visit, he wasnt even caring anymore, and when I asked him wats up, he said I was nagging him. I was completely shut out of his life for a long time, I later decided to visit him, an over at his palce, he told me he's back with his ex, I left withut saying a word, we never talked sincce then, but surprisingly he called me on my birthday 2wks ago and wished me happy birthday, then told me that I should never forget that he loves me. guys im so confused, I really dont know what to do cuz I'm so down and this was my first time in love. I know there is no relationship that is problem free, but in this case do we need to work things out or we need to go on a break, cuz @ this point, we are not on a break and neither are we dating....

First of: this is not a relationship. Why would you want a man who chose somebody else over you? Never make a man your priority while he makes you his option…..and that is what you are to him, just an option. Don’t wait for him to decide to be with you….when he told you he was back with his ex-girlfriend that should have give you some clue as to how he feels. Ask him what happened to the other girl? I know this your first love and there is no greater joy and pain for a woman…..but if you keep hoping for this man, you are wasting your time; and in the end the pain will be worst then how you are feeling now. Leave this fool alone, trust me, it will be better for the next man.
