A girl can be at adulthood yet is unable to handle the sex thing. It has nothing to do with age, but information is a vital tool not to be neglect here. This very important as the future of many has be jeopardise by ignorant and making amends seems almost impossible.
    Parents, religious leaders, the government and even private own institutions one way or the other should educate the girls, starting from teenagers to adulthood so that they can manage and be able to handle their segxwal aspect of life.
    Life is not only beautiful when you are comfortable, but also, when your feet are lead in the right direction.

Let her not see relationship wiv the opposite sex as a primary thing in her life...let her focus more on the most important issue - ACADEMICS...then at 17 upwards, I think she should be able to decide on what is best for her life..

Diferent people, diferent view and understanding. No parent should boast of their ability to control their children sex life. Because in as much as she goes to school and church which is common. A guy must meet her unless she is ugly. So the latest thing to do is to educate her on sex education.
I really think 18 is ok. Because at 18 every part of her body is matured.
