Ex-Big Brother Naija Pepper Dem Gang housemate, Omashola Oburoh, has raised alarm about his battle with depression, stating that he is slowly reaching his breaking point.

The reality TV star took to his Instagram page on Monday to share a picture that depicts droplets of tears on a piece of paper.

In the caption, the model stated that he’s facing so much pressure, adding that he’s lonely in a world surrounded by people.

Omashola wrote, “They say in your youth, depression is mostly peer pressure and the strife to not want to be left behind. In old age, depression is a bucket full of regrets and it is worse than the former.

“Thank God I’m still young but plenty pressure man dey face. I believe in myself normally based on who I be and it is me and my team till the wheels fall off but right now ehn, only God fit understand.

“I’m lonely in a world surrounded by people. Trying to keep my cool but slowly reaching my breaking point.” (sic)

Omashola was one of the housemates that made BBNaija season four show interesting with his Warri accent.

While on the show, his loquacious personality endeared him to viewers and won him many fans as well.

Make new reliable and responsible friends, pick one or two whom you can share some life issues with as issues shared are half solved.  Try to unwind with nice friends from time to time.  Avoid staying alone all the time and above all, make Jesus your best/closest friend as you cannot be depressed or lonely with Him in your life.  God bless you.
