Is it right for a married woman to still wear mini-skirt

A friend of mine, his wife is found of this habit of always wearing provocative dresses like mini skirt e.t.c and coupled with her curvatures it makes men to always admire and sometimes make advances. I dont want to peep into anyone's family issue, but as my fellow friend, I ask him whats up with that and he said he already asked her and she said she that she wanted to look HOT.

Now, I want to know your opinion, how should a real married woman dressed?

Its not right for a married woman to be wearing mini skirt na,unless the woman eyes still dey outside,there are other ways she can dress and still look hot just for her husband only and not for outsiders.
