In the Bayelsa State's Okolobiri hamlet, which is on the outskirts of Yenagoa, a young man hanged himself, according to NaijaCover.

On Monday, October 17, 2022, early in the morning, the man was discovered hanging from the ceiling of a block factory.

According to NaijaCover, the deceased committed the violent deed because he was starving and felt abandoned by his family.
