How Full Loaded Tanker Lost Control, Caught Up In Flames In Ibadan

A fully-loaded tanker has lost control in Apata area of Ibadan, the Oyo state capital.

Our correspondent learnt that the tanker lost control and burst into flames immediately.

Sources told us that the tanker wreaked havoc at Apata junction.

The incident occurred opposite Oando filling station Thursday evening.

One of the eyewitnesses said that the tanker, which was coming from Omi area lost control and rammed into a block of shops opposite the filling station and immediately burst into flames.

It was gathered that the number of affected shops have not been ascertained as at the time of filing this report.

But, men of Oyo state fire service have arrived at the venue.

They were still at the scene of the incident as at the time of filing this report on Thursday.
