The corp member whose 65-year-old mother was gang r#ped by robbers who dispossessed her of her valuables has disclosed that she has passed on. He announced the sad news on Twitter, writing: "I've wrestled with what to write after the shocking and sad news that we have lost my mum after she was r#ped multiple times by some hoodlums reach(ed) me. I am short of words. I am hearttbroken. I am shaking. My whole world has finally come to an end."
On Sunday, January 29, @KingAhmed26 had taken to the same platform to reveal that his mother called him in panic to state that some unidentified persons were trying to break into her apartment.
They eventually succeeded and gang-r#ped her. He has now called on the police and state governor to ensure that his late mother's killers are brought to book so justice will be served.
