I am from (DR) Congo, a Christian and I'm 20. My boyfriend, from Ghana, a Muslim and he's 28. We've been dating for some months now. We are so crazy in love with each other. At first, everything was just perfect. He gave me no reason of doubting on him and at some points I really felt he was the right one. He was having enough of his time and he was always there for me. He promised and swore that no matter what he will never leave me and I made the same promise. All his friends and some relatives know about me. But now, I just found out that he has a pregnant wife (from Ghana as well and would be giving birth anytime soon) and a five year old son. He tried telling me that before though, but I was just taking it as a joke. I asked him why he kept it from me, he said he didn't know how to tell me and was scared he would lose me. He said he's not happy with his wife but he can't leave her for now because she's pregnant and because of family issues. He told his wife about me th ough and she seems to understand that, but she is so rude and unfriendly. When I call him and he's with his wife, he doesn't show her I'm the one calling and he would be talking carelessly, sometimes he wouldn't even pick up my calls. But when he's with me and his wife calls, he picks up or he would move away to talk to her (in their native language which I don't understand). When I complain, he explains to me that he needs to be around for her because of her pregnancy condition. I understand that though, but I don't know what to do about this anymore. Now I feel like my whole world has crushed down and I can’t help but break down and cry endlessly. I tried breaking up with him, but he’s hurt and doesn’t want to let me go and neither do I. I’m disturbed and confused because I'm afraid he could also love his wife, but I believe that someone can’t love two people at the same time, so he must love one of us but I don’t know whom. I love him so much and I just don’t see myself without him, but I’m so confused and have no idea what to do. He could still marry me since it’s allowed to marry more than one in their religion, but I don't want that; I can’t accept being with a married man who might leave me for his family one day. We're still so crazy about each other and just can’t stay away, but I'm forcing myself to stay away from him now because I don't see any future with him and I don't want more pains worst than this. It's been more than about two months now since I've been staying away from him but he still wants me back. He really loves me but I just don't understand what's going on with him and his wife and whether he's really serious. I just wish he could only be mine forever, but I don't have any idea how it can work. Please, help me!! Thanks.[/size][/size][/size]
