I AM DAZED THAT CONTRIBUTORS ARE POSTING JARGON IN A SERIOUS MATTER OF NATIONAL IMPORTANCE. IS THAT HOW WE ARE GOING TO SOLVE THIS MONUMENTAL CASE OF GOVERNMENT INSENSITIVITY TO THE PLIGHT OF THE GOVERNED. CAN'T NIGERIANS PROTEST AND EVEN MARCH DOWN AND SHUT SUCH SCHOOLS WHEREVER THEY ARE IN THIS COUNTRY. IF GOVERNMENT KILLS US WE KNOW POSTERITY WILL RESURRECT US. YOUTHS OF TODAY SHY AWAY FROM NATIONAL ISSUES THAT BORDER ON THE WELL BEING OF THE MASSES AND THAT IS WHY WE ARE BEGGARS IN OUR FATHER LAND. IF THOSE WHO FOUGHT FOR OUR INDEPENDENCE WERE LIKE YOUTHS OF TODAY, WE MAY HAVE REMAINED UNDER THE COLONIAL RULE TO DATE. THE LAST LABOUR LEADER WE HAD WAS OSHOMOHLE AND SINCE HE LEFT OFFICE, OUR LABOUR LEADERS HAVE GONE TO SLEEP.  OUR HUMAN RIGHT ACTIVISTS ARE JOINING POLITICS IN THEIR DROVES. WHO WILL SPEAK FOR US OTHER THAN TAKE OUR DESTINIES IN OUR HANDS.

The govt shud not dictate the opening hours for private schools- I dont think that they have legal jruidiction to do so, besides, unless the owners give their consent, they cant carry out voters registration on private properties

Though it dose not sound right if the president's or our leader's children should be in school while others remain at home. But before we castigate the American schools, lets be aware that they most have been under agreement with the Federal Gov as regargs to this sort of things, because if not for that I dont think they have they right to oprate when the Gov gave order not to.
