But before we castigate the American schools, lets be aware that they most have been under agreement with the Federal Gov as regargs to this sort of things, because if not for that I dont think they have they right to oprate when the Gov gave order not to.
The American schools are there for American citizens living in Nigerian including other foreign dignitaries.  Not because some Nigerian students attend that school does not mean they are under the Nigerian governance.
