MY BROTHER, HOW IS THE WOMAN STUBBORN. SOMEBODY THAT WENT TO WORK SINCE MORNING AND CAME BACK TIRED IN THE EVENING AND HE DON'T WANT TO LET HER IN BECAUSE OF 4,000.00 NAIRA. HE BETTER PRAY FOR THE WOMAN TO SURVIVE AND NOW HE GONNA SPEND MORE THAN 4,000.00 NAIRA AND HE ALREADY SPENT 50,000.00 FOR HIS BAIL.She was definitely stubborn. She has been going to work for the past two months, being paid and never bothered to bring one naira to the landlord. When the landlord asked her not to enter, she should leave. This is not her home. She is delinquent in rent for over two months. It does not matter the amount of money that she owed whether you think it is much or not. They need to learn how to honor agreements between themselves and the landlord. The landlord is wrong for stabbing her, but the woman was wrong for not paying rent and not heeding the landlords warning not to enter his house. She could have gone and called police that she needed to enter her home, etc., and let the police handle this problem instead. She could have left, gone to the courts and reported the matter. Yes, thank God she is alive, but she should watch her steps in the future as well. Honor agreements with the landlord and if you do not, and the landlord ask you to live, obey the landlord. You de crazy.. see your face like the landlord own, na because of 4000 naira na him go make the landlord won kill person or if too say she die for this matter even if she stubborn won enter her own house, does it mean that the landlord should raise something to blow off the woman life like that, make we dey reason because all hands are not equal. The house is not hers. She is delinquent in rent for over two months. The landlord had every right to ask her not to enter his home any longer. The landlord was wrong in the way he handled this matter. It does not matter if it was 4000 naira or 500000 naira. Tenants need to start honoring agreements, and start understanding that they are renters and that the home they rent does not belong to them. They defaulted in paying rent. The husband started hiding from the landlord. All over the world tenants do fall behind with their rent from time to time without the landlords killing such tenants. There are laws and grounds for lawful eviction.
