Nigerians in Port Harcourt have resorted to social media to urge authorities to rescue an eight-year-old girl named Miracle, who has been subjected to a series of physical assaults by her guardian.
A Nigerian man shared videos of Miracle’s ravaged body on X, showing some of her body parts enlarged.
He said;
’Dear @PoliceNG please this take this matter up and arrest this girls madam that wants to kill this young girl
I am tired of this country
Govt wicked, citizens come be like say we wicked pass the Govt sef
What is this please
Why not take the child back to her parents?”
A lady also took to her handle to condemn the minor’s maltreatment and provide information on where the abuser resides.
Videos released online showed the minor’s bruised physique, with some sections swelled from excessive thrashing. A video was also released online, showing the purported madam questioning locals of the region who attempted to rescue the child.
