Controversial media personality Daniel Regha has slammed Davido following his delay to fulfill the 300 million Naira promise he pledged to orphanages.
Taking to X platform, Daniel Regha expressed that Davido was yet to account for the 300 million Naira which he pledged to orphanage homes. He also stated that it’s been more than a month and yet no update has been given regarding how the money is and was disbursed.
“Someone should remind Davido that his foundation (DAF) is yet to account for the N300m supposedly donated to orphanage homes; It’s been more than a month now, but there’s no update regarding how the money is/ was disbursed.”
Also recall that some few weeks back Kemi Filani had reported on Daniel Regha lauding Fela Kuti as the king of Afrobeats.
Daniel had taken to Twitter to reveal that it was disrespectful for anybody to be called king of Afrobeats except it was Fela that was being refereed to.
He boldly expressed that the only person who should be called king of Afrobeats was Fela Anikulapo Kuti.
Daniel had also given out strong reasons for his statement as he disclosed that without Fela there would be no Afrobeats. He also expressed that this was because Fela had pioneered the genre of Afrobeats, but till date his songs still continues to give inspiration to many Nigerian artists.
