“I often think I’m a gay man trapped in a straight woman’s body,” Adele told the audience, expressing the complexity of her internal experience. The 36-year-old singer’s remarks reflect a deep personal conflict as she navigates her identity.
In a related announcement, Adele confirmed that she will be taking a hiatus from her music career after completing the final leg of her tour in November. In an interview with German broadcaster ZDF, she explained that the break will allow her to pursue new creative ventures and explore different interests beyond music.
