Fockelly, who has been accused of taking a nursing mother's husband, has addressed the accusations, recalling her missed wedding in 2015. This response came after a social media user, @Amazingvanny, called her out for allegedly keeping the woman's husband away for over two weeks, despite the woman being a new mother.
Fockelly clarified that she has never met the man in question, and their only interaction was through social media, where he sent her N2 million. She criticized the married woman for publicly humiliating herself and tarnishing her own reputation. Fockelly also reminisced about their past friendship, noting that the woman was supposed to be her bridesmaid in 2015. She emphasized that meeting the woman's husband was a random occurrence and not an act of revenge.
“Back in 2015, you were supposed to be my chief bridesmaid; you didn’t attend my wedding because you didn’t like the person I was marrying. Do you think this is revenge? Do I know your husband? Your husband came to my DM and sent me N2M but I’ve never met him,” she stated in part.
