lot of ppl don't judge from the inside my dear, dress well, look good and hot, but don't go naked, if you dress in a crazy way ppl will addressed you in a crazy way but wen you look hot and decent they will speak wit respect.

Decency starts from physical appearance, so you can't rule dressing code out of this!

There is a differences btw decency n character...decency has to do with ur outer view, ur dress, ur composure, ur talk, while character is a thing of the inner mind...so let just say, decency is the way you put urself out in the public, the way you want to be addressed by people

U cant b talking abt decency and not talk abt the way one is been dressed outwardly.Defining decency in a few words, is just one with an inextimable values i.e(moderately dressed inwardly and outwardly).
