Bandits have k!lled one Mallam Ɗanjuma Almu, in Niger State despite ransom payment.
It was gathered that Danjuma was kidnapped three weeks ago in Kontagora town.
A victim who escaped from the hands of the kidnappers informed the family that he was k!lled.
A journalist in the state, Sadiq Lanre Ishaq, who confirmed the incident on Thursday, November 21, 2024, said Danjuma was k!lled alongside three other victims in the bandits' camp.
According to him, the abductors had demanded millions of naira and motorcycles as ransom but the family couldn't meet up with all demands.
However they paid an undisclosed sum to the bandits a few days ago.
Meanwhile, the deceased was laid to rest in Alkali Mustapha Duba Gari, Kontagora town, around 4:00 pm on Thursday.
