Controversial social media critic, Verydarkman, has announced that Nigerian rapper Speed Darlington is set to be released from detention on Monday after his recent arrest by the Nigerian Police Force during a concert in Imo State.
In an Instagram update, Verydarkman praised Grammy-winning artist Burna Boy for withdrawing criminal defamation charges against Speed Darlington. The charges stemmed from allegations the rapper made regarding Burna Boy’s Grammy win and his purported ties to American rapper Diddy Combs.
“Shoutout to Burna Boy for what you did. You’ve earned my respect,” Verydarkman said in the video, expressing optimism about Speed Darlington’s imminent release.
