In a groundbreaking achievement, Nwajagu Samuel, Nigeria's representative at the 2024 Mister International pageant, emerged victorious, claiming the prestigious crown and making history as the first Nigerian and African to win the title.

The 16th edition of the global competition took place on December 14, 2024, at the Island Hall, Fashion Island, in Bangkok, Thailand. The event featured 47 contestants from around the world, each vying for the coveted title.

At the culmination of the glamorous event, Samuel was crowned by the outgoing Mister International, Kim Thitisan Goodburn of Thailand, marking a significant milestone not only for Nigeria but for the entire African continent.

The victory has sparked widespread celebrations across Nigeria and among the African pageant community, as Samuel’s achievement highlights the growing recognition of African talent on the global stage.

This historic win is expected to inspire a new generation of young African men to pursue opportunities in international pageantry and modeling.
