The Nigerian Police Force has internally announced a nationwide ban on certain controversial practices, according to investigative journalist PIDOM NIGERIA. These include:

1. Arbitrary arrests and detention.
2. Unjustified arrests and detention of youths.
3. Collection and inspection of phones at checkpoints.

This decision comes days after British Conservative Party leader Kemi Badenoch publicly shared her negative experiences with the Nigerian police, sparking discussions about law enforcement practices in Nigeria.
