Wizkid Offers N7 Million Reward After His Phone Went Missing At Lagos Concert (Video)

Afrobeats superstar Ayodeji Balogun, popularly known as Wizkid, is offering a staggering N7 million reward for the return of his lost phone, which went missing during his performance at the Nativeland concert in Lagos on Saturday, December 21.  

The event was a night to remember as Wizkid made a surprise appearance, thrilling fans with an electrifying performance. However, the celebration took an unexpected turn when the singer realized his phone had been stolen during the concert.  

According to reports shared on social media platform X, Wizkid is offering N5 million for the phone's return, with an additional N2 million pledged by his official DJ, DJ Tunez.  


The announcement was made by user @Dayoreigns, stating,

*“Wizkid lost his phone while performing. Whoever finds it will get N7 million—N5 million from Wizkid and N2 million from DJ Tunez.”*  


The circumstances surrounding the phone’s disappearance remain unclear, but the reward has already sparked interest and speculation online.  

Wizkid has been in the spotlight recently, hosting a private dinner in Lagos that brought together some of Nigeria’s biggest entertainment stars. Guests included 2Baba, Wande Coal, Olamide, Tems, Ruger, and Seyi Vibez.  

Videos from the exclusive gathering captured memorable moments, such as Wizkid introducing Seyi Vibez to 2Baba and urging artists like Tems and Ruger to feature in a group video with him.  

Fans are now hopeful that the missing phone will be found soon, especially with such a hefty reward on the line.

Your PA should be in charge of your phones when performing. After all you should have a password so even your PA can not open it.
