Kellyrae, the winner of BBNaija S9, has responded to criticism from some participants and fans who claim he didn’t deserve the N100 million grand prize
During a podcast conversation with fellow housemate Adekunle Olopade, Kellyrae addressed the negative comments, including those from Shaun, who questioned his contribution to the show.
Kellyrae dismissed the criticism, stating that those who doubt his victory lack wisdom.
He emphasized that personal differences should not overshadow someone’s achievements, using the example of his wife Kassia’s strained relationship with housemate Onyeka.
Despite their tensions, Kellyrae acknowledged Onyeka’s talents, demonstrating his ability to separate personal issues from professional respect.
Kellyrae spoke on confusion and disappointment over his colleagues’ claims that they were more deserving of the prize money. He argued that such views are misguided, implying that those who hold them lack insight and wisdom.
In his words: ““I don’t know what some of my colleagues saw in me in the house that made them feel they were more worthy of the prize money than my wife and I. It means you are actually a dull person. You are not wise,”
