Amalu Fushi, a Nigerian woman who made the bold decision to leave her home country for the United Kingdom, has opened up about her life-changing achievements four years after her departure.

On January 4, 2021, Amalu made a powerful statement on social media, bidding farewell to Nigeria. She shared a photo of herself in London, captioning it, "Goodbye Nigeria. The evil you have done is enough."

Now, nearly four years later, Amalu has reflected on her journey. In a post on X (formerly Twitter) on January 3, 2025, she revealed her impressive accomplishments. She graduated with honors, passed the NCLEX to become a licensed nurse, and even got married.

Amalu shared her joy, writing, “4 years later, your girl graduated with honors, your girl moved cities A LOT, your girl survived things, your girl passed her NCLEX, your girl became a wife.”
