A social media user on X (formerly Twitter) has sparked discussions online after advising people to cut ties with partners who do not check on them regularly.
Sharing a real-life incident involving his brother, the user explained how a habit of frequent calls between his brother and his newlywed wife turned out to be life-saving. According to him, the couple had made it a routine to call each other every hour.
In March 2024, the wife noticed something unusual when her husband failed to answer multiple calls. Growing concerned, she escalated the situation, leading to the discovery that he had collapsed inside a diesel tank while scooping fuel.
"It took Jesus to save him," the user recounted, emphasizing that without their established communication pattern, his brother might not have survived the incident.
His post has since gone viral, with many users debating the importance of regular check-ins in relationships and the role of communication in ensuring safety.
